Supergirl has always been great for bringing in actors with a history in the DC universe. Its legacy castings have included Smallville‘s Erica Durance, Laura Vandervoort and, most recently, Sam Witwer as well as Lois & Clark‘s Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher.
